 Picco Bello

Our new Picco Bello Primitivo is a jewel among Primitives. The unique design of the label complements the excellent traditional taste.
The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 23 to 25 ° C for 8 to 10 days in stainless steel barels.
Color: The color is dark ruby red.
Aroma: Plums, spices, black cherries and white pepper.
Taste: The taste is full, velvety and elegant with fine tannins and a long finish.
Suitable for: Pizza, pasta with meat, lamb or also great for grilled meat.
Region: Vineyards in the province of Taranto
Content: 0.75 l
Grapes: 100% Primitivo
Serving temperature: 14-16 ° C
Alcohol content: 14% vol

FAVORE

The grapes are crushed and fermented with selected yeast for 7 days in a stainless steel tank. After this fermentation, it undergoes further fermentation and matures in a tank until it is ready to be bottled.
